How do you know you’re on the real Stylevana site?

We didn’t find a notice about fake websites in the Stylevana FAQ, terms or announcements we checked. Its FAQ lists the store’s official social media accounts and says that, beyond those, “the other accounts are fraudulent.” Type stylevana.com into the address bar yourself, check the spelling before you enter card details, and be wary of a “Stylevana” deal that reaches you through an ad or a direct message.

Who runs Stylevana?

Stylevana’s terms say the site “is operated by Glamstar Limited” and are governed by Hong Kong law; the version we read was last updated March 30, 2026. Customer service runs through support@stylevana.com and a ticket form, and Stylevana says only cancellation requests made through a ticket are acknowledged. It accepts PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards. On Trustpilot, Stylevana had a TrustScore of 2.1 from 20,907 reviews on November 3, 2026, and Trustpilot noted that the company “hasn’t invited customers recently, so reviews may not be representative.”

What does US shipping cost, and how long does it take?

Orders ship from Stylevana’s Hong Kong warehouse. In a notice dated July 30, 2025, headed “No Hidden Tariff Costs on US Orders,” Stylevana said “The price you pay when ordering is the final amount.” For more on US tariffs, see our guide to K-beauty tariffs in 2026.

What about expiry dates?

Stylevana’s FAQ says, “Korean beauty products are traditionally labelled with a manufacturing date instead of an expiry date.” We didn’t find a minimum remaining shelf-life promise for sale or clearance items in the FAQ or returns policy we checked. If the date matters to you, ask Stylevana how much shelf life remains before ordering, especially for clearance items, which its policy excludes from returns.

Can you return K-beauty to Stylevana?

For eligible beauty items, Stylevana gives you 14 days from receipt to request a return. Items must be unused, with their original tags and packaging. Its policy excludes samples, free gifts and clearance items from returns. For a change-of-mind return you pay the return shipping to Hong Kong, and the refund comes as a coupon code. Defective or wrong items follow separate rules after Stylevana checks the claim. The shipping page separately requires you to report damaged, missing or incorrect items by ticket within 48 hours of delivery. The returns page gives the deadline for sending an item back after approval two ways, as 7 days and as 7 business days, so ask customer service which applies when you get your authorization.

So, should you order from Stylevana?

• Yes, if you want express shipping without paying for it: Premium Express is free from $35, but remote areas add $11.
• Think twice if you may want your money back in cash: a change-of-mind refund is a coupon code.
